Block bookings have been made at Novotel and Ibis Lakeside Rotorua. Special rates (GST inclusive) have been negotiated.
Making a Reservation
Bookings are open and available to be made as part of the registration process. Bookings should be made before 3rd August 2023. After that date no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available.
A credit card guarantee is required to secure your booking, then full payment will be required directly at the hotel on check-in. To see a list of the terms, conditions and cancellation policies, please click here.

Early Access
If you have an early morning arrival and require an early check-in, you will need to reserve your room for the previous night.
Novotel Lakeside Rotorua
Run-of-House Room: $229 per night
Novotel Lakeside is situated a short walk from Rotorua lake and offers onsite restaurant, a business centre and pool. The Run-of-House Rome includes a King Bed, private bathroom, LCD TV, internet access and work desk.
Ibis Lakeside Rotorua
Run-of-House Room: $189 per night
Ibis Lakeside is situated a short walk from Rotorua lake and offers an onsite restaurant for Breakfast and a bar. The Run-of-House Rome includes a King Bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, high speed internet access.
