***To qualify to meet the New Investigator rate you must complete the New Investigator Status Form and email this to marie-claire@encompassevents.co.uk and submit it through the registration form. This will also confirm your eligibility for IFPA New Investigator Awards.
If you wish to register as a New Investigator without submitting an abstract please upload the New Investigator Status Form at the time of registration.

All presenting authors should be registered by the earlybird registration deadline. Abstracts will only be published in Placenta if at least one author is registered

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company via email of the replacement delegate's name and contact details
If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less a cancellation fee of NZ$230 will be made, providing notification is received prior to 31 March 2023. Cancellations made after 31 March 2023 are non-refundable.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the meeting is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
By registering for the Meeting you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the Meeting which you are in may be used by the Organising Committee in promotion of the Meeting.
